Can I add a white border for Instagram?

Yes. Pick white and 3–6%. For an exact square, use the Social Media Resizer in Fit mode.

Can the border have rounded corners?

Yes. Set the corner radius and the outer edge becomes transparent (PNG or WebP).

Does it change the photo size?

The border is added outside the photo, so the image gets larger by twice the border width.
